CNA Program Transfer Credit & Transfer Hours Policy
Excellent Choice HealthCare Training Center LLC — Garden City, MI
To ensure that all students receive consistent instruction, skills training, and clinical preparation, Excellent Choice HealthCare Training Center does not accept transfer credits or transfer hours into the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program.
Students are required to complete the entire CNA program curriculum offered by Excellent Choice HealthCare Training Center regardless of previous CNA training, healthcare work experience, military medical training, or coursework completed at another institution.
The following are not eligible for transfer into the CNA Program:
- CNA training completed at another school
- Partial CNA program completion
- Healthcare-related employment experience
- Military medical training
- Continuing education courses
- Employer-sponsored training programs
- Any previously earned CNA classroom, laboratory, or clinical hours
All enrolled students must successfully complete all required classroom instruction, laboratory training, skills competencies, and clinical requirements established by Excellent Choice HealthCare Training Center before receiving a Certificate of Completion.
Compliance Notice: This policy clearly informs prospective students prior to enrollment that Excellent Choice HealthCare Training Center does not award advanced standing or transfer credit in the CNA program, in accordance with Michigan state guidelines.
