About Excellent Choice HealthCare Training Center LLC

Excellent Choice HealthCare Training Center Certified Nursing Assistant curriculum follows Michigan guidelines, and includes:


  • Taking and recording temperature, blood pressure
  • Patient assistance skills – feeding, dressing and bathing
  • Measuring food and liquid intake and output
  • Patient care skills
  • Medical terminology
  • Related anatomy and physiology
  • Safety and body mechanics
  • Patient abuse prevention
  • Patient rights advocacy
  • Communication skills


Our Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Training program will provide you with an excellent foundation for your CNA Career. We offer hands-on training, as well as classroom instruction, in a positive, encouraging atmosphere. The four week program uses three core learning methods:  


  1. Lectures in a classroom setting
  2. Lab practice
  3. Clinical experience at a local long term care facility
  4. In the lab practicum, you'll practice skills with simulations, models and  (the manikins). After successfully completing 16 hours in the lab practicum, you and your fellow students are eligible to go to the clinical rotation. Clinical rotation is done by a state certified instructor at a local long term care facility. 


Once you have successfully completed the program, you'll receive a certificate of completion, making you eligible to take the state exam. After passing the exam, you can officially use the title: CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant).

Our expert instructors will conduct engaging and practical classes tailored to your company's needs, covering CPR,AED usage, and First Aid essentials. Through hands-on demonstrations and scenario-based learning, participants will learn the  critical steps of CPR, proper AED utilization, and fundamental First Aid techniques. CNA Program Details

What is the cost of the CNA Program?


Priced at an accessible $1,440.00 this comprehensive program equips you with the essential skills and knowledge to excel as a CNA.


To ensure you are fully prepared for each session, students are required to purchase a book and one pair of Teal colored scrubs.


Books can be conveniently acquired through Excellent Choice  for $65 or rented for just $30.


Securing your place in this class is straightforward. We require a $300 deposit at the time of application to secure your seat in the class, with the remaining balance due on or before the first day of class.


  1. Classes and Clinical's are In person at a Long Term Care Facility. 
  2. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion and be eligible to take the State of Michigan exam.


A $300.00 deposit is required before 1st day of class or at the time of application


While we do not offer financial aid through FASFA at this time, other avenues of support are available. You may consider reaching out to your local Michigan Works office to see if you qualify for their funding programs. Furthermore, the Michigan Achievement Scholarship is another potential resource for financial assistance.

Phlebotomy Technician Program Details

What's Included:


This course is for individuals aged 18 and above, this comprehensive program provides hands-on experience in blood draws under the supervision of qualified instructors.

To ensure a safe and structured environment, all students must complete a blood draw consent form. In  the cases where a student cannot have their blood drawn due to medical reasons, approved documentation must be provided. These students will need to bring volunteers to fulfill the necessary blood draw requirements for successful completion of the laboratory component. 


Our Phlebotomy Technician Class tuition is $1,450.00

This tuition fee encompasses all necessary laboratory supplies to ensure hands-on, practical training. 


To ensure you are fully prepared for each session, students are required to purchase a book and one pair of  Maroon colored scrubs.

Books can be conveniently acquired through Excellent Choice  for $65 or rented for just $30.


Securing your place in this class is straightforward. We require a $300 deposit at the time of application to secure your seat in the class, with the remaining balance due on or before the first day of class.

Upon successful completion of the course, students will qualify to sit for the  NHA exam.  Students must attend lab sessions twice a week, TBD, from 5 PM to 7 PM.  Additionally, we offer externship opportunities upon successful completion of the course for students who qualify


Students participate in hands-on lab sessions  we offer practical experience with phlebotomy equipment and the opportunity to practice blood draws on fellow students or volunteers. 


While we do not offer financial aid through FASFA at this time, other avenues of support are available. You may consider reaching out to your local Michigan Works office to see if you qualify for their funding programs.
